Bought the box set, haven't got time to watch it yet. Hopefully it will be worth it! That lead actor (can't remember his name) is really "BEAUTIFUL"!

i love all the songs from the orchestra...nodame chan was so good with piano...luv to watch her playing the piano with chiaki senpai.....

I also like this drama very much...!! I's different than other japanese drama that i had watch...coz it introduce new story line, attachment to music like ochestra...

yeah, great shojo anime/manga. Story is romantic and nice classical music! highly recommended!

If you play an instrument and you hate memorizing boring etudes or blindly sticking to the rules, you can easily understand Nodame's struggles. Nodame and Mine show that when they are encouraged, those free spirits can create beautiful music too. Being also a free spirit myself, I loved this drama and watched it many times over and over again. As a side-note, Chiaki is damn cool

i really liked this drama. the music was suberb. I couldn't get their version of Rhapsody in Blue out of my head for days. Much better than the anime.
