Hello. Hmmm this seems interesting. I am a translator and interpreter by profession. I am a fluent Japanese (both written and spoken), and Chinese (Mandarin, Chaozhou, and Hokkien) speaker (both written and spoken). I also speak German, French, English, Arabic and Farsi (Again, both written and spoken, though I don't see any of them being of any real relevance here, besides that of English, though from what I can see most of the forum posters seem to have a good grasp of the language), I could probably spend anywhere from 5 to 10 hours a day on the forum itself (timing also depends on my what country I am in at the time). As far as downloads, what exactly are you needing download wise, if it's out there and requested I can most likely get my hands on it.
