Need help identifying asian music video

[Real Deal]

Hello all,

I'm wondering you guy's can help me find this music video that I saw a few years back.

I saw it on some Asian music video countdown channel. And during that showing, the video was number 1 in the countdown. This is all I remember: A guy who love's his girlfriend so much goes on a shopping spree for her. And throughout his shopping adventures he's on roller blades or roller skates (not sure), then when we get to the end of the video we find out that his girlfriend is with another man. I just remember seeing a white guy walking away from the house and making eye contact with him and he is crushed.
