Synopsis Kim Sam-soon is a plump, single, female pastry chef who's looking for a job. Although she can make the most delectable cakes, she can't seem to find the right spice to capture herself a man. True, she doesn't have many redeeming features and she's heading towards the late age of 30, and when she finally lands a job, her new boss, Hyun Jin-heon isn't exactly icing on the cake even though he's younger than her but soon enough her luck changes or does it? Surely a happy story should have a happy ending, no? Well, you're just going to have to sit through this romantic comedy and find out.

I've seen this series, and I have to say that it's very good. I particularly loved Sam-Soon's attitude (and her funny name), and I also find the other girl to be very attractive.

Gheez, I just remembered that karaoke scene and now I can't seem to get my head off of it. That was just hilarious!

realli good drama...i realli loved this one....sam soon is just crazy.....watching her bake stuff makes u want to be a baker like her too... watching all the desserts in the drama makes u want to eat them...they look so good.... this drama realli cracks me up...

This is such a funny series, plus Hyun Bin is so great.

I really enjoyed watching My Name is Kim Samsoon. It was hilarious with just the right amount of drama. And plus, Hyun Bin is just so hott

the chemistry between kim sun-ah and hyun bin is great..thru their characters and the kissing scenes..hehe..i also love the comedy bits in here..so funny especially the part where hyun's bin character ask a man to follow kim sun-ah's character to make sure she doenst change her name...and how her disguises failed each time..haha
plus the soundtrack is lovely..i like the song "she is" and "be my love" by clazziquai..
