Miss Vietnam 2008, Tran Thi Thuy Dung is being accused for fraud cover-up of her education levels.

According to Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's (MCST) inspectors, she has not graduated from high school and shouldn't represent Vietnam as this year, Miss World 2008 Beauty Pageant.

The inspectors said contest organizers had "deliberately changed the requirements on the education level of contestants."

Dung is accused for faking her high school end of year results to qualify for the beauty contest.

Under Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism regulations, only high school graduates are allowed to enter national beauty pageants.

oh ! this is sad, what a news!!! eventhough, i still feel really sad for her either, i just hope this will be fixed up so soon and the truth will prevail.

Why didn't they perform thorough background checks before the pageant? I do feel bad for her. However, she is not the only one guilty in this fiasco!
