Horikita Maki has been given the title of "Miss Cotton" for this year Cotton USA Awards. This is the 5th year and actually it's to help promote the cotton industry. The awards are given to celebrities who possess "softness" and "freshness," just like cotton.

Together with Maki, Eiko Koike got the title Mrs. Cotton (she married pro wrestler Wataru Sakata last August). TOKIO's Taichi Kokubun was chosen as Mr. Cotton.

that's kinda cool, i've never heard of this type of award until now....when i saw this, i was assuming about the "cotton candy.." still, that's awesome news for them
they look so cute

well maki should get more awards than just cotton...
