The synopsis:
Two different individuals becomes a couple; a popular guy with the passion of racing motorcycles, name of Chen Ling, and a quiet and shy artist girl by the name of Qiluo. Both experieces unforgettable pasts. Throughout the series they must learn how to face their past and to trust one another. Besides the main love story narrative, the storyline of Mars discusses topics such as mental illness, sexual harassment, suicide and bullying....

My opinions of the storyline:
Mars storyline was good, the series followed the manga by Fuyumi Soryo pretty well, but it had a few extreme parts for me. Since it covers mental illness, sexual harassment, and suicide...HOwever it was different and taught me more.

My Thoughts:
Loved the series, Barbie Hsu and Vic Zhou make a great couple too although in meteor garden I was rooting for Barbie and Jerry LOL. Music is so great in this series I don't knoe why but from watching this series I got hooked to the opening song LOL. Alan Kuo - Ling haha. =D

i read the manga, and watch some parts of the movie it is pretty scary to me so i stop watchin it, however i like the manga more.

I've seen a little of it- the entire series is uploaded on Youtube, along with Meteor Garden I + II. It's a very heavy disturbing series (what I've seen so far) but it's riveting.

I got hooked to the duet between Barbie Hsu (Da S) and Vic Zhou- "Rang Wo Ai Ni" aka "Let Me Love You". Actually, I heard a snippet of the song before I saw the series.

i read tha manga book and saw that movie it was good as hell..not tat good but yea...

i started the Mars, it seemed interesting at first, but haven't finished it. but i really like meteor garden. The only movie i still can't get over is "devil beside me," mike he's personality is so "charming."

no reason to hate this serie,but i think the manga is much better eventhough the pix doesnt move. the serie is ver similar, but i just dont feel hook to it like the book. in the book i like his other twin, but in the movie none.

i love this movie sooo good , vic look hott.

I read the manga of this one...and i thought wow, there's a drama of it starring barbie and vic...i was like "I so totally have to watch it"...and indeed i loved it...vic was so cool in this drama....well..i recommend this drama to everyone

i thought this series was okay only. it was a little too dark for my liking, though i'd have to admit this show does handle the darker themes sensitively and intelligently.

Chemistry between barbie and vic was good though.

I love the story line. And I love Vic. Towards the end, the first part about his mother, it was kind of scary with the painting and the music.
I liked it thought.
