I want to apply for the thread maker. I can do this job even if im new here and violated some of the rules. I have made many threads now.I can keep them updated because I have the source and Im here 2-3 hours a day.

Well, they're being modest for the most part, which I can find admirable at times. But in most cases, confidence does play a key role because it sets up the appearance that they really want the job. I've known a few people, not naming any, who have not really done their job on here, so it would be nice to have people who are really passionate about being part of AA's staff.

Yeah, I've noticed the number of threads you've made since you registered. In my opinion, the ONLY issue I find about them is that they're not always exactly your own work. It's nice that you quote and give credit for the content you used, but the only work you've done so far, for most of them, is just that. I don't think it's really fair to just copy and paste content that isn't really your own. Perhaps, if you get chosen, you should create your own layout and try to make it more original, with your own touch. Maybe add something new here and there. Don't get me wrong, but I think you would make a good thread maker because you are very consistent. Just make sure you follow the rules of the forum (they exist for a reason) and take into consideration of what I said. I'm only tryin' to help.
