We all have likes and dislikes correct? Why not learn how to say them in 日本語 (Japanese)?! Trust me, it really isn't too hard!

Things

何がお好きですか。
Nan ga o suki desu ka?
What do you like?

私はペンギンが好きです。
Watashi wa pengin ga suki desu.
I like penguins.

本当に？　ペンギンが嫌いです。
Hontou ni? Pengin ga kirai desu.
Really? I don't like penguins.

それは困ったね。　何色が一番好きですか。
Sore wa komatta ne. Nani iro ga ichiban suki desu ka?
That's too bad. What's your favorite color?

赤い！　赤いが好きです。
Akai! Akai ga suki desu.
Red! I like red.

私もだよ。
Watashi mo da yo.
Me too.

Doing

あなたは何するのが好きですか。
Anata wa nani suru no ga suki desu ka?
What do you like to do? (What do you like doing?)

私は旅行に行くのが好きです。
Watashi wa ryokou ni iku no ga suki desu.
I like to travel. (I like to to go places.)

そうですね。　どこが一番好きですか。
Sou desu ne? Doko ga ichiban suki desu ka?
Is that so? Where you like the most?

私は日本が一番好きです。
Watashi wa Nihon ga ichiban suki desu.
I like Japan the most.

何だ！　日本が嫌いです。
Nanda?! Nihon ga kirai desu.
What?! I don't like Japan.

Once you learn some more vocabulary, you'll can start finding out more about people's likes. Then you can get even more detailed, this is just the most basic of likes. It's really all just plugging stuff in!
