Lee Jun Ki Chosen for Chinese Classic Remake,

Lee Jun Ki was invited by chinese celebrity television screenwriter Hai Yan to lead a remake of one of his best-known works.

"Yi Chang Feng Hua Xue Yue De Shi" ("A Story of Romance"), hit China in 1997.

The remake will be the first project of a joint cultural exchange program of China's Ailang Cultural Industry Group and the South Korean company COMA, in which Lee Jun Ki belongs. The two companies officially signed a cooperation deal on Saturday in Beijing.

Other cast members from the Chinese side will be Taiwan actor Teddy Wang Jianlong, and china's actress Lu Enhua.

Lee Jun-ki who is known in China for his role as a feminine clown in the 2005 Korean hit film "The King and the Clown." He also made his Chinese fan base with his latest TV drama, "The Time between Dog and Wolf."

Yan said on that he likes Lee's acting in "The King and the Clown." It was then, that Hai Yan realized that Lee was suitable for the role and decided to cast him on the play.

this is really a good project for lee junki i just wish him goodluck and more projects to come not only in china but overseas.

it seems like more and more of Korean actors/actresses are getting into china to act, that's awesome!! first it was Jang Nara and so on....
