Korean actress Lee Ji Ah (Sujini, The Legend) collasped in the midst of filming a water scene for her "Beethoven Virus" drama yesterday morning and was rushed to the hospital immediately for emergency treatment.

While filming she suddenly complained of breathing difficulties and was rushed to the nearest hospital for treatment. Initial diagnosis showed that she might have developed hypothermia and meningitis.

The reason behind her diagnosis was probably due to her being submerged in the chilly water for almost 20 hours in the past two days shooting the promotional posters and a underwater scene for the drama.

Lee Ji Ah thus has to temporaily pull out of filming and recuperate at home. Scenes without Lee Ji Ah will be filmed as scheduled with the rest of the scenes involving her pending until she is back. Drama is set for broadcast in September.

Aww, hope she feels better. But it's a good thing nothing tooo serious happened, she just needs her rest. But sometimes these news makes me feel good, because it tells that the actors are all hardworkers trying to bring us great films =)

Seeing the finished product (any: movie, album, etc.) you forget how much work goes into making it--and also the very real possibility of danger that it could present in it's creation.
