Do you like them? I watched Ringu and Ju-On, I liked them they were very scary/freaky.

I heard good things about Ringu, however I've never seen a japanese horror movie (that I can remember)

i saw The Ring, not the japanese version though. haven't seen any japanese horror i'm afraid of horror movies.

Yes, Japanese horrors seems to be better then their other Asian counterparts (except for Thai Horrors).

Out of all the J-Horror I have watched, some personal favorites are: Ichi the Killer, Battle Royal 1 & 2 (More gore-ish then horror), Suicide Club and Dark Water.

I really wanna try to see Ju-On 2 sometime soon. Looks freaky tho.

I have an extensive collection of Japanese Horror movies... my most recent acquisition was Marebito. Pretty good one, if you ask me. I hated the American remakes of so many good J-Horrors, i.e. The Ring, The Grudge.

I noticed that someone mentioned Jisatsu Saakuru.... Suicide Club. There's a new movie coming out called "Noriko's Dinner Table" and it has scenes from Suicide Club in it.... i'm not sure if it's a sequel or prequel, to be honest.... but from what i've gathered, it focuses on Ms. Komori (The Bat) from Suicide Club. Keep an eye out for this one, folks. It's going to be pretty good.

hehe i love watching scary movies =] but then i get paranoid for like a hole day afterwards >.<... i watched one missed call the other night.. it was scarrrryyyyyyyy =.=... n i watched the grudge 2 a couple of times because it confused me. had to wach it like 3 times to get it.. maybe i'm just slow >.<
