i wouldnt call that girl in the pic you posted a "Ganguro" she is just a Gyaru. this is a picture of what a Ganguro looks like:



there is also another type of Ganguro called Yamanba. this is when their face is pretty much black lol xD.



oh yea i dont like the Ganguro style, but i like other Gyaru styles like B-Gyaru and Rasta-Gyaru. ^^

Yeah but she is just the typical ganguro girl but the artical suggest that the pics you posted are the more extreme trend followers.. Kinda scary as well lol

taken from the artical:

the top two pics are of Ganguro the one underneath is of a Yamanba, that is the extreme version of Ganguro.

the girl in the pic doesnt look like anything that was described apart from the tan. like i said she is just probably a Gyaru not Ganguro. there are many different types of Gyaru and Ganguro is one of them.

Gyaru = Girl (Style)

There are also male versions of Ganguro but i forget what they are called. =S

The oneegyaru are so glam and class I luv this style but i't a bit damage she wasn't resembled asian girl now.
For different ganguro they have:-Gyaru "classic" who wear sexy and coulored dress :

-Manba or yamanba exentric girls who make-up whith white on eyes, mouth
-Kogal who dress with school uniform
-Oneegyaru more class than classic gyaru <3
-B-gal girlq who dress with r'nb/ hip hop and cap too!

i think she looks nice, her tan looks nice but i have seen it is taken to the extreme then it is too much makeup
