Is downloading k-series from amped legal?

Hello folks!
I love ampedasia and I've downloaded a few series, including the superb My Girl korean drama. But I was wondering if it is legal to have a downloaded copy of My girl in my computer. I'm moving to Germany (where copyright laws are very strict) soon and I don't want to get in trouble for that.
Oh, by the way, I love that kdrama and I can watch it over and over again .
Anyone knows anything?

lol you can also watch it on other streaming sites, e.g mysoju... Their quality is probably better

Even if it is "Asian stuff" whatsoever, international copyright laws do exist. Of course, Germany would care, especially when international laws are in the issue. Germany is truly strict on copyrighted materials.. It prohibits the public telecast of protected movies or television series without the consent of copyright owners.
The United States has also the same policy.
Some countries even block downloading websites.
Media usage should be for home use only.
