If Vampire Knight was made into a Drama, who would the cast be?
A friend and myself sat for about an hour choosing different Japanese actors/actresses to play the roles based on dramas we'd already seen
and managed to come up with this:

I do like most of your choices, but to be honest, I would prefer that Vampire Knight stayed as a manga/anime. My reason for this is that perhaps the faces may match, but how well would they play the character? or vice versa, but the former is the less desirable option. Not that my opinion really matters on that subject anyway...
That being said, I'd still watch the drama if it came out... More likely to if your actor/actress choices were chosen.

The time taken to compile this list is appreciated.

I thought that at first too XD Because the idea of Vampire Knight is quite unrealistic, so it should stay as an anime.. (Did that even make sense? XD)
But we decided to go ahead with it anyway coz... if they actually made a drama out of Vampire Knight, we'd still watch it and... well loads of other people did it... and we just wanted to have a go and make our own little cast haha, but thanks for sharing your views
