How do you stay in shape?
I do some running at my local rec center with some weight lifting. Still i'm not too fit, but luckily im pretty skinny.

Gah~ I try to exercise but I suddently get so lazy >.<
Luckily for me I was born skinny but I'm starting to get some fat so I needa get in shape @_@

i play some basketball and do running, weight lifting, and cycling as well.

Basketball, Football, Cricket..w/e....do somethin everyday so it dun matter..and I have a crazy good metabolism..I have breakfast, a lunch, and two dinners each day..still skinny and not puttin on weight

I jog every day for 30 to 60 minutes
And I work out (crunches, push-ups, etc.) for 30 to 60 minutes every day
A month or so ago I was teaching myself Tae Kwon Do cause I quit a long time ago, but I don't do that anymore.

i workout by playing tennis, weights, running, cycling, and basketball.

I have this routine when I go to the YMCA about 4 times a week.

5 minutes of stretching (at minimum).

Work on the ab cruncher between exercises.
Weightlift, run for 15 minutes, walk for 15 minutes.
Arm exercises that focus on specific parts of the arms.
Then if I have time, just work on the leg muscles.

As of right now, I'm trying to get pecs. (yeah "manboobs")

I used to work out around 1-2 hours every to days or so and do some swimming. But now I got lazy and never do anything.

I am still in fit shape even though I eat like a pig and sit on my butt all day.

I walk...a lot. I devout a full hour to walking. I also sleep on my back, eat salad and fruits. The good stuff. I used to do martial arts and that's definitely a way to stay in shape. Hiya!
