Basketball, Football, Cricket..w/e....do somethin everyday so it dun matter..and I have a crazy good metabolism..I have breakfast, a lunch, and two dinners each day..still skinny and not puttin on weight
I jog every day for 30 to 60 minutes
And I work out (crunches, push-ups, etc.) for 30 to 60 minutes every day
A month or so ago I was teaching myself Tae Kwon Do cause I quit a long time ago, but I don't do that anymore.
Allow me to try my best to be the nicest I can be! ^_^
I have this routine when I go to the YMCA about 4 times a week.
5 minutes of stretching (at minimum).
Work on the ab cruncher between exercises.
Weightlift, run for 15 minutes, walk for 15 minutes.
Arm exercises that focus on specific parts of the arms.
Then if I have time, just work on the leg muscles.
As of right now, I'm trying to get pecs. (yeah "manboobs")
I walk...a lot. I devout a full hour to walking. I also sleep on my back, eat salad and fruits. The good stuff. I used to do martial arts and that's definitely a way to stay in shape. Hiya!
