Drink plenty of water - at least 8 glasses a day to flush out toxins, exercise for full metabolism - do not have to go to the gym for this - just taking the stairs instead of the elevators, do a bit of fun dance at home, cleaning, and sleep around 10pm as immune system starts working then - you will find yourself full of energy, stay fit and slim, and your skin looks good. Of course not to mention eating the right kind of food - lots of vegetables and fruits preferably raw and ripe with lean meat or oily fish (meaning full of omega 3) thrown in.

Err... I dun reali like doing exercise and lately I suddenly tend to put on weight easily!!!
Last time I hardly put on weight even though I din on diet... I was under weight back then~!
I just do ho-la hoop exercise...wondering wen can i gain back my shape?? sob sob...

I'm a Sort Of Very much health Concious I used to do Perform Morning and Evening Walk Daily About 45- 1 hour after this I Used to Perform Some stretch Out and yoga ,This really helps me a Lot to Stay me Fit I used to do this Routine 4-5 days a Week.
I have my little routine, every morning one hour of jogging when I wake up after I do some push up and stretching. I'm not really into sports but I make sure I stay in shape.
Does marching helps to burn the fat fast enough? i dnt knw..
I lose about 3kg in just 2 weeks. Maybe coz im doing it 5 days a week. But its a little bit harsh and needs a high discipline.
I practice martial arts, walk, run, do sit-ups(at least 60 a day if I'm really busy), leg lifts (usually 100 a day for toning the stomach).
Yeah, that's pretty much it.
