go to the gym at 7:00a.m in the morning Smile because i do a lotta stuff in the afternoon.. like SHOPPING.. working.. and PARTYING Smile

I usu. just watch what i eat (I don't like eating sweets or fatty and fried foods anyway), and do some normal exercises like sit up and running around the block sometimes. I don't reallly try to do much at all, actually...just whenever I think I need it.

I play tennis like 3 times a week and I'm in the school's colorguard so it's pretty easy to stay in shape.

eathealthy:no cola and no junkfoods. nonsmoker and drinker. workout in the gym atleast 4-5times a week (7x max)for 2hours. it's a good stress reducer!

Watch your diet and exercise regularly. Avoid fatty foods. Also brekfast is very important. Eat plenty of vegetables and high fiber food.

exercise! i have this cd that i bought from SM it was MTV Pilates. and i exercise everynight. yes everynight cause in daytime i am busy working household chores and taking care of my child so night is my only time to exercise
