RE: How do you stay in shape?
well to get fit you must eat yes eat, being skinny doesnt mean you are fit in fact you are probably are very "out of shape". let the food settle then warm-up which for me means a quick mile afterwards start streching atleast 5 mins. if you don't sweat when you strech then you aren't streching good enough. then condition... which means sit-ups, jackknifes, push-ups, squats, ect. do that for a good 30-60 mins. after that give yourself a good 5 mins in deep silence and just relax cause heres where you can get creative. you can either continue conditioning, lift some wieghts <-very optional, play a sport w/e you like tennis, football, soccer, basketball, ect. if you don't have time you dont have to. other things to keep in mind is drink alot of water and only water when you are working out, all those fancy energy drinks powerade, gatorade, vitamin water ect. are for after you work out. at the end of the day you should feel great cause sleep will be your best friend or maybe even your jaccuzi. do that for about 5 times a week, 2 days for rest and you my friend will be at the best shape of your life in a few months. remember to continue doing this even after you reach your goal because you must maintain it. yes this is sorta like a guide for people. i do that except i do wrestling for about 60 mins. hard sweaty wrestling. in fact if you do wrestling after conditioning it can really boost you into shape. if you want numbers wise here they are
*1-2 mile runs
*50-100 push-ups
*250-300 crunches
*20-30 jackknifes
*10-20 reverse man push-ups <-not sure of the real name
*100 sprawls
*50 stand ups
*neck work-outs
*5-10 mins leg lifts
*wrestling for 30-60 mins <-mostly about 30
