yeah so how do u release your anger, like u know when ur pissed and stuff.
for me i usually juz like go to my room close the door and like punch the wall. lolz nope well i have done that like maybe 3 times in my whole life which i really dont want to go through again (u know problems). anywayz yeah i juz usually go to my room.

Usually I just punch a pillow, yell and shout, or listen to some "angry" music.

I tend to bottle up my anger and I release it by listening to music or watching movies.

Can't rememebr the last time I actually "released" anger, I really don't get angry too much, but I think I would probably just start hitting stuff.

I umm, listen to music, and call my friends/gf. No better way, to get rid of anger, then to talk it out with someone who cares.

I usually listen to some pump up music and let it out at the gym, nothing is better than blowing off steam with some weights

I don't get angry a lot, but if I did get angry I'd probably hit stuff and play on the computer to calm myself down.

There are many methods I would do to calm myself. The most efficient is to sit and listen to some nice soft tuned music. If the problem is still causing aggressiveness to myself, I would contact a friend.
