i just found out recently and what works for me.....going to the driving range and take out my anger on those golf balls....

by shouting in a highest place, sometimes by sleeping so weird. by talking and talking until i got tired.

best method is to hit the gym and release some stress.

i usually cover my face with a pillow and then shout as hard and loud as i could..

to get out my anger I walk as far as i can till my anger cools offff... then take a cab home... and if in the anger i have forgotten to take money with me that actually fuels my anger... rofl...

i take my anger out buy killing natz in a video game like medal of honor airborne or that new game fall of liberty kill me some natz

I go and work on my car or motorcycle. it clears my mind and the car/bike really listens to me without talking back and fueling the fire.

scream in heart..loc myself in de bedroom..listen 2 sad music n try 2 cry out..

you had the same attitude (driving range) like Han Ye Sul. for me well, i usually prefer not to talk and done a lot of deep breath so i can concentrate on having patience especially on kids.

for me i usually juz like go to my room close the door and like punch the wall. lolz nope well i have done that like maybe 3 times in my whole life which i really dont want to go through again (u know problems). anywayz yeah i juz usually go to my room.

When i'm angry,i'll lock myself in my bedroom.Try to mske myself cry as to release mt anger.Sometimes,i'll smash things down cz thats really make me mad..Listen 2 som rock music and try to scream in a pillow..
