Hello There, Guest! (Login — Register)
i love the japanese language.. it sounds so nice. i started learning not long ago and ive just learnt all the hiragana characters. soo good! any keen japanese learners out there aswell? there are quite a few at my school which is scottish.
A lot of people are learning Japanese language nowadays. I'm one of them! In my school, people rush to sign up for Japanese classes. We even ask sensei for larger quota for Japanese classes. I think, learning Japanese is fun!
True, Japanese is a fun language. Although I have a hard time with the Hiragana/Katakana symbols which are very closely-related looking.. Like the Hiragana symbols for "wa" and "re" are very close. the only difference is if you bend one part inward..
I think japanese is one of the most amazing languages in the world. I speak 4 languages and learnt basic japanese a time ago, but in my country is kind of difficult to practice it, but I will love to visit Japan in the future!
I was thinking of individually learning Katakana and Hiragana too, but then I realised that they are definitely not enough. I'm now afraid I'll learn to write words in syllables only, and then neither I will be able to read them nor others will understand them. Learning kanji is essential, I'm afraid.
