Health - Important Tips
Answer the phone by LEFT ear.
Do not drink coffee TWICE a day.
Do not take pills with COOL water.
Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm.
Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume.
Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night.
Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS.
Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time.
Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning.
Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping.
When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times.

Wow how do you know all these? I'm confused about this 'Answer the phone by LEFT ear' .... can you expound on that? Big Grin and this too 'Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning' and this please 'Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night' thanks! Smile

My friends sent me about it.
About answer phone by left ear, The reason is directly after the dialing,the mobile phone would use it's maximum signaling power, which is 2 watts = 33 dbi. If you use your right ear, it will affect your brain directly. Scientist have found out that microwaves from your mobile phone causes to changes of protein structure in endothelial cells, allowing toxins to enter your brain. So, remember use your left ear to answer phone. ^^
I will post another thread about best sleeping time. You can read the reasons in complete statement. Thread title is " Brain Damaging Habits ".
Last question, I'm not so sure about the answer but I always heard it anywhere that we must do so. Maybe because at night our body sistem will be digesting and the water will slower the activity of the body. Just my opinion. I'm not sure.
