the pain won't go away. Its hard to let go of it, so try and keep your mind busy so you won't think about him. Everyone goes threw these stages when they lust or just infatuated by someone they believe is the one they want. Truly, your just putting this person inside your fantasy and making them act the way you want them to accordingly in your mind. In reality, it isn't the same, they have a mind of their own and you can't force this love of yours on someone that just doesn't feel the same way.

Just keep busy, or spend more time with the person until they feel the same way, if not keep busy till your over the person and then find another person to repeat the process.

Yea, it definitely sucks. Feeling lonely is also a part of the mixture of emotions.

I think that everyone lusts. Its just of a matter of if they act on it. Not that we are all animals, but it is only natural to feel attraction to another.

atleast you know that it's lust, everyone will feel it, so don't mistake it for love. It will come and go, I promise.

I have been in such a stituation, actually the guy was my mate in school but about 3years younger than me. yeah, it took me years to let it go, but i think about it once in a while. You will have to let it go someday. Probably when you meet the right person for you, it will be alot easy.

This happened to me where I actually became stalkerish. I finally had to say to myself that this behavior was not normal and I had never done anything like this before. So I forced myself to quit. I never spoke to him again and I got rid of his number. And I am a happily married woman today and no more stalker behavior! lol!!

Of course! It's too bad but you should try to forget cause that's finish.
Someday you'll find out that's only a small matter.

I think it's just normal that you get to like another person but to consider it love or something serious is another matter. I was in a same situation once... I know that I really, really like this guy but I also know that nothing can develop between us. I didn't act on it.. I didn't go desperate and stalked him, I guess I just didn't have the nerve to do that... I just enjoyed the happy moments my liking him brought me because it was these moments that made me a bit happier, brightened my day and validated the fact that I am human and that my heart works because it kept on beating wildly everytime I see him.

Yes it's hard and painful and you'll learn or need to let go but remember that time heals all wounds. It'll just take you by surprise someday when you realize that you've already forgotten him.
