Has anyone tried Windows Vista

I've heard mixed reviews on it...Mac made a PC n Mac commercial on it, but they really don't tell much...any opinions?

i've used it alittle. its very nice looking i'd say comprable to the apples newest os? i wouldn't run to my nearest computer store to upgrade though. since its a new os you should wait it out so all the security leaks and glitches get patched up.

i've used it ( a friends comp) and i didn't like it, i guess im too used to xp and 2000. its hard to find things i.e files, controls, buttons.

i never have but i'm planning to buy a new comp with the vista upgrade. i've heard from friends it is cool. i've seen pics of it and looks good to me. change is always good.

i have it ... i would say its good, but any xp.sp2 or media edition would also work just as good.

Mmm hmm. I haven't gotten it yet, but windows XP is good for now. I would say wait a couple months, like IDavidISunshine and LordJD said just so the bugs would work out and more people have given reviews and such. Looks really good though.

I have it dual boot on both my mac and Pc desktop, it's nice except you should wait for all the bugs to be fixed,If you don't want to wait like me get the $100 upgrade version. I had more problems finding drivers for my Pc then I did for my mac which was funny

yes,i just got myself a windows vista its pretty good, but still kind of slow.
