What do you think about younger men? Are they undesirable? Or do they have qualities that you like. It seems like all women like older men.

However, I think when women are around 35 or so, they will start to want younger fresher meat. What do you girls think about this?

Anyways I like this girl who's an upperclassmen, and its hard for me to get her to like me because she hangs around older guys more.

It depends... I think one of the reasons why ladies go for older guys is because they are mature and responsible already. And that they make them feel protected and secure. But there are also younger guys who are mature for their age mainly because of the experiences that they've gone through.

Of course, it's only natural that if a person is already in his/her mid-thirties, they'd go for "younger meat" as you said. Mainly because, it makes them feel younger, vitalized and alive.

Anyway, I know of some who are in a relationship with a man three to five years younger than they are and those who have boyfriends/husbands ten years older than they are. They all seem happy with what they and who they are with.

I guess it's pretty relative. Love is blind after all.

I have a friend who is currently dating a guy a couple years younger than her. I've asked them in the past whether or not they had a problem with their ages, but they really didn't seem to mind at all. To them, age is nothing but a number. You said that girls like older guys because they're mature and responsible? That's not necessarily true in their case because it seemd to me that her boyfriend is a lot more wiser, mature, and responsible than she is most of the time. Sometimes, she still acts like a little goofy kid, especially when she's around him. I suppose he brings out that part of her. Also, since he is a bit younger, there are times when he needs advice and that's when he goes to her for help. So in a sense, it seems like they help each other a lot, which help strengthen their relationship. Like you said, it just really depends and in their case, it's a difference in personality and experiences.

As for Imfx, I believe you should take a shot at it. If not already, you should try being her friend first and get to know her a bit more. Lol, to put it bluntly, charm her and make her fall for you---it works for any age. My friend told me that she fell in love with her boyfriend even before he announced his age to her. She usually went for older men, and she was a bit shocked when he told her, but in the end, it really didn't take her long to decide to date him though. She was already head over heels for him. I think it's pretty cute, and the relationship usually works if both are willing to go for it.    

Since I'm still in my teens, I think that dating a guy who is younger is not exactly the perfect thing to do. I prefer guys my own age, but not older.

But I think your theory that woman in their 30s will want to get some 20 year olds, because... perhaps they want to remind themselves of their old times right. That is unless the woman has friends who are in their 30s and they still party and do things that make them feel young. If that's the case I don't think she'll look too far into younger men.

LmFX, you should definetly go for it. IF you cant find much time to hang out with her, you should MAKE an event which you guys have to hang out togehter, so you can get to know eachother. I think your a nice guy, and no matter what the age is, a girl always likes a guy who appreciates her.

Even though I'm not a girl, I can kind of answer your question. Women don't really want younger men because of unexperience and mainly because of their maturity level. Older women in their 30's might like younger men though since they like younger meat and they are fresh....you should try at it though. What do you have to lose right?

I think when I'm older I'd like to have a younger guy to go out with and party, but if its in terms of marriage, I'd like one my own age.
