Gillian Chung to Return with New TV Series

Hong Kong singer and actress Gillian Chung, half of the Hong Kong pop duo Twins, will return to the public limelight with a new TV series.

The TV series "The Spirit of the Sword", featuring Gillian Chung and Hong Kong singer and actor Nicholas Tse, will be broadcast in Hong Kong on August 25.

Chung's career has been on hold for half a year after a nude photo scandal earlier this year.

her taking time off was probably a good call. gave her time to put it behind her and for people to cool off and miss seeing her ... so now she will be a welcome face to this new drama. looking forward to seeing it.

I love martial arts dramas. Don't mind her coming back, she's always good to watch.

There is nothing she has done that I have seen that I have not liked. I think Gillian can hold her own. Besides, haven't you seen her movies... this girl kicks royal butt!
