Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you, the greatest anime i have ever seen: "Hagane no Renkinjutsushi" aka Full Metal Alchemist
From the beginning the series plot line makes sharp twists, using flshback to make us understand the story of Edward and Alphonse Elric, the famous alchemist brothers, as they travel their world, pararrel to our world in the beginning of the 20th century, with the only difference is that alchemy replaces electricity.
The characters development is one of the best I've seen so far, the animation is beautifull, with highly detailed textures and smooth movement. Great orchestric sountrack and and sound effects, This series should get a reward.
Warning: DO NOT WATCH MOVIE UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETELY FINISHED THE SERIES.
The movie was very moving..
Full metal alchemist is one of very few animes that has good a DUB (For People who understand English)

I've seen this series, its pretty good. Although i have not seen the movie, i would recommend this to any anime fans out there. It sorta reminded me of Trigun which is also a pretty good series.

I've only seen the first and last episodes of this series.

But my favorite band L'arc En Ciel does theme music for it!!!

I got to meet another of the theme artists this summer, Nana Kitade, at the anime convention in Baltimore!! YAY!

I like the idea of the series, but i have a hard time keeping up with the science of things.... oh well.

Alchemy...hmmm....the Great Captain Usopp once ran into an Island that was purely constructed of alchemy...unfortunately, they were ruled by an evil man....but..your Captain saved the day.

i never saw this anime before but i did read the manga at first i dont get it but i did like the manga and storyline i think Alphonse (the big one right?) will yeah i like his charater because he is quite and polite to everyone

this is one of the best animes i have ever seen, after watching the first 5 or so eps with my sister we went through a box of tissues cuz of what happens to the main characters
