Free MMORPGs?

Can anyone please list some free MMORPGs that they know of that are actually good? I'm REALLY not looking for flippin' MMORPGs like RuneScape (OMG that game is horrible!) but moreover like an MMORPG as good as Final Fantasy XI, WoW, or EverQuest.

I like Guild Wars and all but am wondering if there's anymore free alternatives. Would not mind buying the game as long as there are no monthly fees. Wink

There's private servers for Ragnarok Online, which is a decent game. For a game to be as good as FFXI or WoW, those are usually paid games.

Knight Online - free MMO that is good.
Maple Story - free, a bit childish, but has a lot of fun features, mini-games, etc. No PVP though.

I wish there were more MMOs like Guild Wars, free every month but a one-time fee.

Or they should make a game that has a one-time fee, but I cheap monthly fee (five dollars a month), or prepay a year for $40, something like that.
