sixpâte is what I prefer, it's something that we eat in québec (it's a province in canada) it's really unique from here and you can't get that anywhere else. it's potatoes with some meat of your choice, it can be beef, deer, pig, sheep, turckey... anything can fit in. you mix with lot of spices wisely chosen, it depend on wich meat you choose, and add lot of water to it and cover the top with *pâte* idk the word in english sry. you make that cook for a little more than two day at medium temperature, it cook really slowly and make the water mix with everything a become a juice of meat and potatoes.... it's really long and hard to prepare because it require alot of differents ingrediant and long to cook but...... it's yummy for the tummy
