The first korean series that i saw was Bright Girl's Success starring Jang Nara and Jung Hyuk. I thot it was a great show with all the elements of laughter and tears and a refreshing storyline (to me at least) ... This IS the series that initiated me into the world of k culture! Kekekeke...

My first Korean series was Winter Sonata. My sister bought it and lend it to me to watch. I took my time watching it but once I started, I was hooked and must admit I cried so much, it was pathetic. Wished it had a better ending though. I find that most Korean romance movies always leave you to form your own conclusions. Wished they had a better ending, like living happily ever after.
