I'm not very good with this but your name would be:

カテリン (ka-te-ri-n)

If you want to learn how I did your name, visit the learn Katakana thread for it teaches you how to use katakana for foreign and loan words. http://www.ampedasia.com/forums/learn-ka...-8598.html

as for any masculine or feminine name... Just google for names or something. It shouldn't be hard. If it is, then i'll try to give some suggestions.

RE: Finding a Japanese Name
Translating English words to Japanese is really tricky and I admit that I forgot at first how to, but then I decided to cheat and spell it out on IME: ジェッシカ or in Romaji it would be spelled Jie-shi-ka

RE: Finding a Japanese Name
I don't think I will be so lucky. My name is Demaris. I did some research on the web and found

"The girl's name Demaris \d(e)-ma-ris\ is a variant of Damaris.

The baby name Demaris sounds like Demarys and Demaras. Other similar baby names are Amaris, Damris, Damiris, Dameris, Damariz, Damariss, Damalis, Deloris and Demetris.

Demaris is a very rare female first name and a very popular surname (source: 1990 U.S. Census). Source (http://www.thinkbabynames.com/meaning/0/Demaris)

My name is Roman. What would be the Japanese version or any asian version?

Thanks!

RE: Finding a Japanese Name
Your name isn't that hard lol Smile

It could be デマリス or de-ma-ri-su in romaji

or ヂマリス or di-ma-ri-su in romaji to get the long E sound if you were after that.

But I've never known anyone named Demaris before Chickendetermined lol
