well, I'm not japanese too and I don't have any relatives who can speak japanese but I always wanred to learn it, so maybe I can help you.
When your little brother use -chan he just want to express his emotions. It means, he loves you more than he might show it.
And aniki is used for brother in laws originally or I heard so. But you can use it to those people who are close to you, but in a parently way, like he is like your father, but in reality not.
