F.T. Island stands for "Five Treasures Island" which signifies that each of the five members in the group are treasures. They've turned a lot of heads in Korea despite being a very new group just debuting in 2007.

FT Island visits Egypt

FT Island, who recently made a comeback, doesn't know how to cool down even in Egypt (literal translation).

FT Island members Choi Jong Hoon and Lee Hong Ki left for Egypt on a 5 night 6 day trip for the Mnet program "Field World Action." They were confronted by fangirls in Egypt that pestered them for the contact numbers. Eventually FT Island members handed them their manager's number.

Choi Jong Hoon looks like an Arab king with the red scarf around his head. But they're not quite like the ancient pharoahs.

This episode will air on September 5.
