(^_^) i was wondering why I hear my friends saying..
ii chatta.
mi chatta...
ja matta....
they like saying this to eachother whenever they meet a pretty friend. hahaha
I dont understand what chatta is used for.
please teach me japanese. I want to have japanese friends and perhaps i also want to get married to a japanese lady. ^___^ I'm still 21.
oh by the way how do you say,
"If I ever fall inlove with you will you feel the same way for me?" in japanese? (^_^)
I want to know. (^_^)*laughs kkkkkkk
Ja mata is like saying: "See you" or "See you later"
Unfortunately, I don't know the rest heh.. I know I'm a bad teaacher I'm still learning also ^.^
sensei rondillo,
You are a good teacher.
Bad teachers are mean people who step on people.
Most obviously you are more transparent than most of the teachers since you admit your weaknesses but that should not hinder you from teaching right?
Just carry on and continue teaching. there are plenty of people who rely on your teachings. Some teachers go too indept and advanced in their way of teaching that nobody is able to catch up with their lessons. The way you are teaching is correct. Take one step at a time and encourage the students to follow you where you are. Dont allow them to step too far forward, otherwise they are just simply not learning anything. Students must submit themselves and their attention to their teacher so wherever their teacher is, that is where they should dwell on. If they want to study in advance then thats fine but its not right for them to drag you forward since you will be skipping a lot of things and the other students who are left behind will feel bad since they know less.
If students want to ask questions about difficult and advanced nihongo sentence particles, verbs, verb endings etc. then they should ask and send it to you via pm and not via comment. This place, this forum is your classroom and the students must abide to your rules. see? I am one of your students so I must also abide by your rules. Everyone here must abide by your rules. ok?
Thank you teacher Rondillo. i will keep attending your class and i shall keep studying as always.
your student,
vulpespyro

RE: Expressions in Japanese
ee, it does look interesting! I'm going to bookmark and watch it later when I'm waiting for class or something. Thanks for the link! Arigatou Gozaimasu vulpespyro-san!
I guess you can pretty much call an otaku a nerd or someone obsessed with Japanese. But Otaku is pretty much its own word since there really isn't an equivalent in English.

RE: Expressions in Japanese
Hey, thanks you guys for this thread. I'm goiong to print your "lessons" out and practice with them....but, one question: It seems the Japanese speak so rapidly...I'd never manage to get it all out that fast. Is speed a key factor in speaking Japanese?
Life is like the movies, and I'm an animated character.

RE: Expressions in Japanese
It's just a matter of how fluent you speak. We're all learning the language so it's okay. You should see me write Japanese... it's really slow
when we get used to it, we'll be a lot faster. I know I've gotten faster as well with both speaking and writing since my semester.
