Hollywood stars Christian Bale and Morgan Freeman are in Hong Kong at the moment, filming on location for the highly anticipated film The Dark Knight, which is due to be released in July 2008.

A press conference was held on Friday, where the stars joined director Christopher Nolan to introduce their plans before commencing the shoot in Central. The director also asked the press to give them some space during filming and to refrain from seeking interviews during the shoot.

A familiar face was spotted as the cast and crew filmed at The Center on Queen's Road Central yesterday, when Infernal Affairs 2 <無間道2> star Edison Chen (陳冠希) made an appearance in a scene with Morgan. It would appear that Edison is making quite a name for himself in Hollywood circles after performances in The Grudge 2 and Shrek the Third and so has also landed a role in this installment of the Batman series.

he was in shrek the third?? was this the hong kong version where he dubbed the voice or was it the actual hollywood version?

I just watched batman the other day and spotted edison in it for a quick second!! Too bad his role wasnt bigger Sad

OMG! Edison Chen was gonna be the asian ceo guy or what not in the movie!!!!! gahhh he should of man!!!! he's so much cuter than the guy who replaced him lol >.< (freaking all because of he scandal? come on people!!) gahhh. lol but eh he still had a little role in the movie? are you sure it was him carmen??? lol. i watched the movie the day it came out...but i didn't spot him...lol >.<

but haha i like Morgan Freeman he's hilarious!! haha =]. before i watched Batman i watched another movie wher he was god lol. man i forgot the title. but haha he's hilarious!!!
