I thought the movie was pretty good but it seems like they used special effects a lot or just not as realistic fighting. I thought that it could have been better. Nic seemed kind of weak in the movie and he's my favorite. I think they concentrated more on the fighting than on the storyline, but thats only my opinion.

Donnie yen is great, the action is amazing and the movie is great. it's almost action from the start to the end. if you like fantasy martial art, this is for you. there has not been any movie like this one for a long time. i recommend you see this, buy it, whatever it is, just watch it.

Edison needs to see this movie. don't know where you hear that from, but you should watch it. simply because it's like 9.8 people out of ten think it's good and worth watching. i recommend it, because of donnie yen, as a fan.

the fighting scenes were awesom!!! dat was of course donny yen's doing.. but... the story is kinda messed up.. not a great plot n all..rather read the comics

I watched it and it was pretty sick. The only part I didnt like was how it had a DragonBall Z style ending. Everyone is so powerful its just kinda corny near the end, but the beginning and middle are really nice and mostly realistic.

read an article about this movie in time magazine and it's got me interested in it now. didn't know what it was about until i read the article. i'll definitely have to go check it out.

i saw a thing on the battle of thermopylae long time ago on the history channel (i think). definitely one of those very interesting historical battles. i love a good war movie. hope they didn't ruin it with way over the top love story... cough... pearl harbor.

i think some ppl give this movie too much credit. the action was good, lots of ass-kicking, although some might complain that it was a little too fast-paced. the story was...meh. mebe it woulda been better if they went into more detail. in general, the movie was pretty mediocre.
