Megaupload is a third-party file server that basically lends its bandwidth to other users, in return it gets money from advertising revenue.

To download from Megaupload, please follow these simple steps.

Step 1) After clicking on a Megaupload link (ex - http://www.megaupload.com/?d=NWD32237), type in the code on the top right where it says Please Enter . Then click the button that says download on the top right underneath the banner



Step 2) A countdown timer will appear to countdown from 45 seconds (it's 25 seconds if you've registered as a free member). Once the timer reaches zero, the actual download link will appear, you can either click it, or right click and save. Make sure you click FREE DOWNLOAD and not Premium. Premium are paid for accounts.



Step 3) If the download doesn't work, and the next page says your IP has already downloaded a certain number of bytes, it means you have used up your alloted download bandwidth, and you will have to wait a little bit before you can download again. Or you can click the link below to bypass your download limits.

IMPORTANT
Some users in other countries may get that their country has no more download slots (usually USA has a lot of slots, so this shouldn't be a problem for US users), if this is the case, you should download the Megaupload toolbar, and then you can download without any restriction.

yea.. i've use megapload b4... but it always says u exceed ur dwld limit even if u dwld one at a time.

its just a matter of how many you dwld...... caz i dwlded 6 files.. one after another n on da 7th file... it says i exceeded so i'l just continue tmrw... ='(

Wait isn't it illeagal to use someones else IP?

i'm not sure how you would use someone else's IP. What I said in my post was you have to change your IP, not use someone else's. In fact I don't think it's possible to use someone elses.

but from my knowledge, it will never be possible to use other's IP address,like what lance said, because the net / system will not let you.

I have a problem with megaupload....after i have finished the download...when i log on my pc the next time, i saw that the file is missing and i need to download it again...WHY???

that shouldn't happen, perhaps you saved it to a temporary folder. Make sure you save it to a good folder.
