Downloading from File Factory

File Factory once was a lot more difficult to download from but they've changed it a bit to accommodate the ADD folks like myself Big Grin

First when you arrive scroll down and look for this box and the circled portion and click it. Only click the RED BOX if you plan on creating a premium account.

Now you just need to enter a conformation code and click continue

One done with that the BIG GREEN Begin Download Button will popup and you'll be able to download.

Note: File Factory forces you to wait over an hour before you can download another file depending on file size. This is why I don't recommend this site to anyone.

I have to disagree with u. I did not have to wait a single minute to d/l another file. In fact, I find downloading from filefactory the easiest among all the filehosters I've experienced. There is no countdown timer. Downloading starts immediately after you click "Begin Download". Speed wise, superb. Got about 150 to 170 kB/sec. There are other worse filehosters.

RS: For larger files, have to wait 1.5 minutes before actual download begins. Even then, d/l speeds could go to as slow as 15 KB/sec (at least for me), depending on the number of downloaders during the session.

MU: Have to find ways to trick MU. Couldn't even get a download slot if one doesn't know how to bypass the country slot restriction.

Easy-share: Can never get to d/l from ES because after the timer runs out and after clicking "download", the timer will start all over again and it becomes a cycle.

Uploaded to: More or less the same as Easy-share. Never got to d/l from it.

RE: Downloading from File Factory

I’m at a bit of a daze trying to fathom the idea of why you continue to come here to debate our methods for downloading when you have not downloaded a single file from this website. File factory does in fact compel it’s users to wait during download sessions depending on the uploaded file size. If the file is larger then lets say 600MB then its possible your wait time will be an hour before you can resume downloading. Smaller files however do not have a limit. This I should make note of in the main post.

RE: Downloading from File Factory

I sincerely apologize if I've given u the idea I'm trying to debate the methods of downloading posted in this forum. I did not say your methods of downloading are wrong. I merely offered my opinion based on my experiences.

By the way, I did notice the number of my posts is still zero. That's why I did not attempt to even download a single file. (A bit of a confusion here how posts are counted).

It doesn't really matter much to me whether I get to d/l the files here for I have other sources where I can do my downloading.

RE: Downloading from File Factory

No one is arguing your downloading habits here so please feel free to find an alternative website. What I’m puzzled about is your dispute on our methods without knowing our system. It’s understood if you found it necessary to apply your information however legit it is, yet, your way of offering opinions has been in a loutish, forceful and patronizing way which leads us to believe that you’re here to criticize our (key word OUR) uploading methods.

You’ve continuously gone from thread to thread disputing our information which is by the way only created to provide instructions on downloading from websites that are not affiliated in any way with Amped Asia. This is in no way an argument that can be won by either of us. If you feel there is a problem with these 3rd party servers then by all means take it up with Megaupload, Rapidshare or Sendspace and not with the moderators of a website offering resourceful user created information.

Wow you’ve stooped to new lows. It would have been nice if you had kept this a civilized argument but you’ve resorted to insulting which shows just how classless some can be. In case you didn't realize flaming users of this forum is against our rules and could have you permanently banned. You might want to consider this the next time you log on here solely for the purpose of arguing.
