I am so confused, how come i still cannot access the download section, i have posted 15 posts already. Help please!!!!

maybe some of your posts were a spam ones not because you already had 15 posts doesnt mean you can access download section already, some posts are invalid and not counted, you could see that on your amped points. 15 posts x 2 = 300. that should be your amped points right now
