i only use chopsticks when eating out in asian restaurants. i do better with a spork!

do you eat rice with chopsticks or forks or what? and is it influenced by your nationality?


i'm thai so therefore i dont eat rice with chopsticks i use a spoon and fork. but my friends call me western! they dont seem to understand that thai people use spoons and forks and not chopsticks. but i do use chopsticks for noodles.

Yeah I use chopsticks, it was difficult at first but after a while you get use to it.

yup i use them every day....i have learned how since i was like 3-4
i only use forks if necessary.
and dont plan on drinking soup with chopsticks...goes very slow i spent 3 hours and got 1/6th of the soup out

i use pencils because i can afford chopsticks

I eat rice with a spoon... because I'm a kid and I can't pick up the last 50 grains of rice with chopsticks.. otherwise it just gets messy haha , But everything else I eat at home I use chopsticks...
And when I got to some chinese restaurants and they serve rice, I use chopsticks to eat it... otherwise it would just look weird... lol

So in conclusion to my mini essay, of course I use chopsticks! It's a neccessity and a must-have for a Chinese person

I like to use chopstick but still have to depends on what kind of food i am having..

I don't, because i don't know how. And it looks difficult to use, though my brother keep on saying that it's actually pretty easy to use it.

when i was little my mom made me use chopsticks, but as i grew up, i found a liking to forks. but recently, being into the korean thing, i found my way back to chopsticks and not just any kind of chopsticks....but stainless steel chopsticks...i love them to death...they are easy to clean, and i like to use then when i am cooking. food scents don't stick to them and they are just durable....although they aren't like the authentic korean style chopsticks, they are really close. i like to use them whenever i can, but sometimes its hard to eat certain food with it, so i go back and forth between that and the fork!
