RE: Do you click on ads?
I never click on web ads, I just don't trust them. They also seem to be getting more intrusive while surfing which is a major annoyance. I certaintly don't fault websites for selling ad space because they need the revenue to provide their services for free to their users. The only ads that would interest me are ones that offer deals for the users of a specific site for products/services that would be of interest to the paticular audience. Like say Yesasia offered a discount for Amped Asia members by clicking on one of their ads through this site. That way it benefits Amped Asia and us!

Just a thought...

RE: Do you click on ads?
I usually ignore adverstisements. When I clicked on one, numerous pop ups showed up on my screen!! I think my computer had a virus because of it :/, which is not a good sign. Usually, I click on adverstisements that the forums or websites that I usually visit often. Those adverstisements consists of discounts from yesasia, and contests. Usually, those adverstisements help the forums or websites earn money for maintanence.

RE: Do you click on ads?
I try to click on the legit ads since they have something I can look at and it's going to give me some information to stay informed. I know how my actions supports the site *wink* Lately, ads are moving towards a pay per view type of ads and it stresses relevancy of the content and maybe other factors...

A lot of advertisers do not like discussion boards for some reason.
