anybody seen this movie???... awesome... a must watch... although i think the manga is better.

Lol yeah I've seen it. The characters are really cool too and portray the anime characters nicely.

I've just watch new japanese movie the Death Note...well a bit dissapointment coz i thought it was suppose to be a verry good movie..but i guess it's not as good as the poster...the movie is a bit slow and the actors dont show right emotions in the movie and the DEATH GOD....gosh, they can do better than that!!! Hey I'm no critics here...i love Japanese movie so much but this one is just pure dissapointment...my point of view...how bout you guyz? Do you agree with me? or mybe you have something to contradict on my points...come n share your ideas or opinions....

I said it in another thread but I thought the movie was good. I thought the right actors were used for the roles played.

Thank God I didn't watch the movie, nor read the manga. I'm just really grateful for the anime. Each episode offers an immense amount of excitement ><'

I've heard many mixed reviews then, some say its good, some say its bad. I will probably have to see for myself.

I haven't watched it yet, but my initial thoughts of it were just based on the actors. They look the part at least, but I don't know about the acting. I still hate the fact that guy who played Shuuya from BR is Raito...and I LOVE Raito! This guy is so ugly...but anyways, I'll have to see it decide whether it is as good as the manga and anime.

The movie was terrible. The actors werent too great especially light...the story coulda been stretched a little longer and perhaps slow the story down a little more because it was soo fast there wasnt any suspense at all...

Hmm I do agree on the suspense part but too fast? For me the story wasn't that fast at all.

not that i try to offend some fans of the movie and i do sorry but i think everyone has somethin to say about something coz everyones a criticz...huhu kayz but i think every actors have their own specialty that differs them from other actor...or else they wouldn't be an actor at all..rite??
