Yeah it is good exercising, my friends who play it like all the time. They're pretty inshape.

Haha StepMania and the keyboard concept of DDR got to my annoyance so I ordered 2 softfoam DDR mats so they wouldn't slip on my carpet!

Guess it'll be my workout substitute during the school year.

I used to be a frequent player a couple of year back. Wouldn't say I was all that great but I was better then some. When my pads are busted, I quitted and never touch the game since then.

I did a bit of re-furnishing and moved the couch to the middle of my room and the bed to the side and as a result:

DDR is fun stuff haha, but I have trouble adjusting myself from 6 star difficulty to 7 stars... lol

I can't even do the easiest mode..I fail the stages..Brown ppl do their dancin in different ways.

Here in Vancouver i go play DDR and Pump it Up everyweekend!

I can usually take on heavy mode (9-10) and for pump i go crazy mode up to 'level 14'. Its pretty fun and makes fat go away hehe.

I wonder, anyone here lives in vancouver, BC?

i play, but i dont think it's good for exercising, because i KNOW A LOT
OF PEOPLE WHO PLAY, and.. they're a bit on the large side, but they
play forever and they're really good at it.. like on the hard levels and
stuff.. but i guess it should be combined with a diet.. haha but i love it :]

I can't play DDR to save my life, but I wish I could. It's still fun to play, even if you don't really know how.

I envy those who can play the modes when the arrows are everywhere. That takes true skill!
