Although the full reason for their lawsuit is not entirely clear, three members of DBSK have sued their management agency, SM Entertainment. The members want to terminate the existing contract they have with their agency.

Bad management, mistreatment, profit allocation are all rumors for the reason of the lawsuit. It is unknown whether DBSK will disband once this lawsuit is over.

Xiah, Micky, and Hero are the three members of DBSK who are suing their old management. U-Know Yun-Ho and Changmin are not participating in the lawsuit because they have their own promotional activities going on.

i've been reading about this on all the k-pop blogs... it seems that they want their contract revised as it doesn't fall under some guidelines they have there. it may have something to do with the cosmetic venture of the 3 boys. hope they get it fixed as this boy group is one of the biggest (and possibly iconic) that is under their label.

aside from the cosmetic family business thingy, they are also contesting the 13-year contract which is way beyond the K-entertainment regulations. I think it's just up to 6 or 7 years.

Well, they are considered Korea's representatives to other countries, so I hope this will be resolved...

I also read somewhere that Avex, their company in Japan, stated that they will not disband...
