Chinese Wrtings on the Computer

My Computer can't show any Chinese , Japanese, or Korean Writings... it really annoys me a lot because the words are always showed in a shape of boxes or ???? ...does anyone know how to change it?? thanks
PS: sorry for my lousy english.. I've been in Germany for quite a while so my english has become worse haha
