i think white skin on asians is a lot better. and when i visited china in a mall, there were like a billion products to bleach ur skin or make it lighter. and on tv over there, there were so many commercials on face washes and other things liek that that would whiten ur skin so i guess..
i think other parts of asia think that whiter skin is cuter while darker/tanned skin is sexier.

I think generally Chinese people do tend to like to have light/pale skin just because it makes them look better. I think as Asians have 'yellow' skin, it does not look as good if it is tanned!!!

yeah, it is true. not only chinese ppl but most asian people like lighter skin than dark skin, which is weird.

yep cause everytime i go outside my mom will start asking me if i wear sunblock and if i have a hat with me..it's so annoying some times

skin color doesn't matter much, though i think lighter-skinned people can get away with more make-up and light hair colors
