Well...Obviously not....ALTHOUGH HK was returned to China in 1997....

China is ruled under Communistic/Little democracy government
HK is ruled under "a fair amount of" democratic....

China is under the authority of Wu Gum toee
HK is under the authority of Donald Tseng

SO to answer your question, NO, tthey do not have the same politic leader

I don't think they have the same leaders. I heard it's different in China and HK! From all the rumors I heard, I rather pay a visit to HK. All my favorite stars are there and the buildings look so nice.
