Camera Suggestions Please
Hi everyone,

I'm in the market for a new digital camera. While I was into photography and developing my own pictures way back, now I just want a simple to use digital camera that won't break the bank. I'm just looking for something under 300, with a lot of memory and most importantly makes things/people look pretty. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!

ooyumiyumoo, I have some suggestion on digital camera that are worth your money and doesn't exceed $300. I've always liked my camera, SONY Cyber Shot DSC-S700 Silver 7.2 MP Digital Camera.

If you live in the U.S, the camera can be brought from any retails store such as: Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Office Depot, and etc . If not, buy it off the internet like Newegg. This camera takes excellent quality pictures and I never had any problems with it. It's easy to function and versatile. I would recommend it!

Note: If you're planning to buy this, buy yourself a memory card and rechargeable batteries only from the company, Sony. The reasons to this is because the camera wont work as good with other brands of rechargeable batteries, so please keep this in mind.

RE: Camera Suggestions Please
I agree with lilxjoanna, Sony cameras are great and are fairly cheap, assuming you dont buy the newest kind they have. I just recently got a Sony Cybershot too. And my last camera was also Sony Cybershot, so I can vouch that Sony is a great brand to buy from.

Not to mention, their are different types to suit what you like. Some of them are touch screen and others aren't. Thin, thick etc. Sony is just overall a great brand to choose from.

I agree. Sony cameras are very nice. They are a bit more expensive than standard cameras, but believe me that it will worth it. I just don't use a non Sony camera Big Grin. If you want an alternative, I'd recommend the Panasonic Anti-shake camera, although I dunno how expensive it is. But if your hands aren't very stable (mine keeps shaking all time long), this is a good choice.
