RE: burning movies with soft subs?
i just found out this program that my friend gave me called convertxtodvd that adds the .srt files as subtitle options for the dvd. works nice! and i dont even need to convert the avi file to embed hardsubs. i just made a copy of My Girl and I with the subs and it turned out great. working on a moment to remember now and then windstruck after. let me know if anyone wants a copy of the program and ill hook it up.

RE: burning movies with soft subs?
Hi! I'm new to downloading and subs... I want to burn an episode that is in 3 parts. Do I join it with HPsplit first, add the subtitles and then convert and burn it to a dvd? Which is the easiest program to use to do all that? Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!! Thanks!!

RE: burning movies with soft subs?
um... it actually depends on your DVD player. If you add the file and the .srt subs to the dvd, it should work, as long as your DVD player could read them. I guess you need a good DVD player for it. I've never tried it myself though, but that's what I've learned online before XD
